Training & Interview Categories

At Sumifix Hired, we have developed a systematic categorization process to ensure every fresher categorize based on their prior skill set into one of five category levels. The duration of training and interviews varies by category:

1st Category: 75 days for skills training and interviews

2nd Category: 100 days for skills training and interviews

3rd Category: 125 days for skills training and interviews

4th Category: 150 days for skills training and interviews

5th Category: 175 days for skills training and interviews

Note- Freshers can achieve job placements within a maximum of 175 days and a minimum of 75 days.

Eligibility:  Our program, currently available for 3rd and 4th-year(ongoing) B.Tech/B.E (CSE and IT) students, as well as B.Tech/B.E graduates, ensures that freshers are equipped with the latest skills (AI, ML etc..) and are ready for the job market.

Hiding Degree:  By hiding degrees during the hiring process, we eliminate discrimination based on the college or CGPA, ensuring that only your skills matter. This approach emphasizes our commitment to fair and skill-based hiring practices.
