We have designed a robust 8-step hiring process to ensure every candidate is thoroughly prepared for a successful career:
- Appointment: Book your spot for a webinar to learn about our expertise and the opportunities we offer.
- Attend Webinar: Gain a basic understanding of how we operate, our methodologies, and the benefits of joining us.
- Prior Skills Test: Assess your existing skills to determine your current level of proficiency.
- Categorization: Based on the skills test, candidates are categorized into five category levels.
- Pay Calculated Fess: Submit the required fees for the training program.
- Trainer Allocation : Get assigned your skills trainer for training program according to category.
- Upskilling: Receive targeted training to prepare for top MNC roles.
- Get Hired: Successfully secure a job with a leading MNC.
Our training program is divided into five categories, depending on the candidate's initial skill assessment:
- 1st Category: 75 days of skills training and interviews
- 2nd Category: 100 days of skills training and interviews
- 3rd Category: 125 days of skills training and interviews
- 4th Category: 150 days of skills training and interviews
- 5th Category: 175 days of skills training and interviews
This ensures that within a maximum of 175 days and a minimum of 75 days, our candidates are ready to be hired by top MNCs.

At Sumifix Hired, we have developed a straightforward and fair pricing model for our talent management services. Our pricing is designed to ensure you receive the best value while reflecting the level of service we provide:
- Option 1: For current students, the fee is either your first semester's college/university fees or 99585K, whichever is higher.
- Option 2: For graduates, the fee is either your last semester's college/university fees or 99585K, whichever is higher.

At Sumifix Hired, we believe in fair and unbiased evaluation, some fresher's choose not to reveal where they got their degree or their GPA (Grade Point Average) to avoid being judged or discriminated against based on the reputation of their college or the grades they received. By hiding this information, they aim to be evaluated more fairly based on their skills and abilities rather than their educational background.
